I have this. My skin starts crawling and goosebumps spread from the back of my spine to the neck, tricking in my neck and through my arms. The discomfort can stay with me several hours after the trigger has been discarded, and can be conjured by remembering that it got triggered, not necessarily by remembering what the trigger looked like. It’s not mentally crippling in any way, and makes my significant other roll eyes each time she sees me creeping out in front of the the most mundane structural configurations.
